Nevada Question 3 Top Five Ranked Choice Voting Initiative
- Yes Vote – supports top five primaries AND Ranked Choice Voting for congressional, state legislators, gubernatorial, state executive official.
- No Vote – opposes all, and therefore maintains elections as they are.
- NOTE: Constitutional Amendments require approval at two successive general elections. In 2022 this ballot initiative was APPROVED BY VOTE OF 52.94% TO 47.06%. Therefore, if this Question 3 amendment if approved by vote again, the Nevada Constitution will be amended.
